In our history, Bayberry Property Management has never lost an account. You can call any of our property owners, or our tenants, and ask them about us. It is also important to note that satisfied tenants pay their rent on time and don’t move out when the lease expires. Tenant changeovers cost you money in tenant improvements, lost time, and real estate commissions.
We work with your contractors or ours and are not committed or locked into any company, thereby providing you with unbiased and non-inflated bids or contracts. Bayberry Property Management is bonded and insured.
We generally use the QuickBooks® system, but all of our reports or accounting methods can be customized to suit your needs, not ours.

Our managers are trained and knowledgeable in all areas of construction and building operation, and have decades of combined experience. Our goal is to resolve problems before they happen.
Bayberry Property Management is fully equipped. If the appropriate contractor cannot be reached in a timely fashion, when possible, we will work to resolve any issues ourselves.
Our vehicles are equipped with a custom-designed property tracking program that allows us to record and monitor all regular site checks, scheduled maintenance, service calls, and generates an itemized monthly report that is provided for your convenience and review.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will cancel our contract at your request, no questions asked. We will then work with our replacement in the most professional manner during a transition period.
