Peter Jennings, Director

Peter is the founder and director of Bayberry Property Management, and is an eleventh generation Westport native, where he can trace his family’s roots back to the founding of the town. He began his career as a real estate broker and property manager with Cross & Brown, once the largest commercial real estate company in the Tri-State area. Peter remained with that firm through several company name changes, until he founded Bayberry Property Management in April of 2009. He has over three decades of experience managing office, retail, institutional and residential properties and is solely responsible for the development of his management portfolio. Peter is well-known for his construction and management skills, and oversees the company’s portfolio on a day-to-day basis. A graduate of St. Vincent’s College with a medical degree, Peter is a member of the Westport Medical Reserve Corps. He also serves as Vice President of the Westport/Weston/Wilton Historical Society and is a Greens Farm Congregational Church historian. Peter can be reached at

Ciara McConn, Senior Vice President Leasing & Sales

Ciara prides herself for being able to listen to her clients carefully, and address their needs, priorities and concerns. Her philosophy is to build a relationship with each of her clients based on trust, honesty and superior customer service. She’s extremely organized, exceptionally dedicated, meticulous and hardworking so that her clients’ needs are handled with utmost care and as quickly as possible. Ciara will not hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure that the process is smooth, pleasant and as seamless as possible. Ciara has worked in the real estate for over twelve years and in that time was responsible for a number of office, retail and medical leases. Since joining Bayberry Property in September of 2010, she has been responsible for over $5.2m in sales. Romy A. Rowley, Office Manager

Romy graduated from the International Business College in Indianapolis with an Associate’s Degree. Romy then went on to study Business Management for two years at IUPUI (Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis) before moving to Mexico City, Mexico. With over 29 years of experience supporting small businesses, Romy has held various positions ranging from Office Manager to Director of Finance and Administration. Romy’s extensive business background makes her an asset to our company in terms of daily business operations, as well as providing our clients with an excellent customer service experience. Jill Bolduc, Administrator

Jill has over a decade of experience in the banking industry. She brings her knowledge and services field to provide a high level of customer service. In addition to general office duties, Jill is also responsible for account management and is skilled in using Quickbooks software. Jill can be reached at

Katie is a licensed real estate agent and Masters educated Social Worker. In the spirit of her family’s history in the real estate business, Katie pairs her knowledge of real estate and her skills in the social services field to provide a high level of customer service and maintain a coordinated and seamless office environment.

Beth has decades of experience in the service business and assists other staff members with administrative functions as needed.
